Write from the app

The quickest way is the app itself: More → Help and feedback. Use it for questions, bugs, ideas or a feature you'd like to see.

Account deletion and personal data

Delete your account and all its data in the app under More → Account. How to have it deleted without the app is in the Privacy Policy; the contact details for access, correction or deletion requests under GDPR and KVKK are on the same page.

Subscriptions and payments

Çetele Pro is bought through the App Store or Google Play, and cancelled and managed in the store you bought it from: on iPhone in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. More in the Terms of Use.

Reporting a business page

Seen something wrong or inappropriate on a business page at cetele.site/m/…? Send its address and what's wrong from More → Help and feedback in the app. What happens next is on the report page (in Turkish).
