Terms of Use

By using the Çetele app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

1. What the service is

Çetele lets small businesses record purchases, production, sales, waste and stock counts, and works out unit costs, stock balances and production yield from them. It is not an accounting program, an invoicing system, a point-of-sale system or an official book of record.

2. Your account

You can sign in with Google, Apple or e-mail, or start as a guest and save the account later. You are responsible for keeping access to your account safe and for everything done under it. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

3. Your data

Every business record you enter belongs to you. We claim no rights over it. How it is stored and processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. When you enter information about someone else (for example a supplier's phone number) you confirm that you are allowed to.

4. About the figures

The costs, stock levels, yields and suggestions the app shows are helper calculations based on the data you entered. They are not accounting, tax, pricing or investment advice and do not replace official accounting records. Check the figures yourself before making business decisions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app for anything unlawful
• try to disrupt the app or its servers
• try to reach other people's accounts or data
• reverse-engineer or copy the app

6. Availability

The app is provided "as is". We do not promise it will run without interruption or error. The service may pause for maintenance, updates or technical problems, and features may change, be added or be removed. Keep your own backup of anything important.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages, lost data or lost profits arising from the use of the app. Your rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Pricing and Çetele Pro

Keeping records – entering purchases, production, sales, waste and counts – is free. The app shows no advertising.

The money figures (the till, unit costs and margins, price-rise tracking, reports), the analysis features (alert cards, notifications and order suggestions) and adding new people to your team belong to Çetele Pro. Records, stock quantities and the product list are visible on every plan. People already in the team stay and keep working whatever the plan. Every business gets them free for its first 40 records; after that a Pro subscription is needed. When Pro ends you keep every record and can keep entering new ones; no data is ever held back for payment.

Çetele Pro is sold through the Apple App Store as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly; both give the same features). The price, currency and period are shown by the App Store before you buy. Subscriptions renew on the same terms unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel or manage the subscription in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period and the remaining time is not refunded. Apple handles payment, refunds and billing.

Whose subscription it is. The subscription belongs to the Çetele account of the business owner who buys it, and covers every business that account owns, now or later. It does not extend to a business you only work in as a manager or staff member; that business's Pro comes from its own owner. Only the owner can buy, restore or manage the subscription. A guest account must be saved (Apple or Google sign-in) before buying, so the purchase can be restored later. Restoring a purchase brings back access on the same Çetele account it was bought with; it is not moved to another Çetele account automatically.

Free trial. Where the App Store offers a 7-day free trial and confirms that your Apple account is eligible, the app says so before you start; otherwise the normal price applies and no trial is promised. A trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless cancelled. The 40 free records are separate from the App Store trial and are not extended by it.

Businesses created before Pro went on sale receive 30 days of free Pro access once, starting when the notice is first shown in the app. This is not an App Store trial: nothing is charged and nothing renews. It ends on the date shown; if you subscribe earlier, the remaining days are not added to the subscription.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The app will tell you about important changes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and disputes are heard by Turkish courts. Your right as a consumer to bring a claim where you live is not affected.
