Three things that happen in your shop every day

Flour went up 9.5%.Bread, simit and 6 more products are affected.

Flour costs something different every month, so the loaf's cost is a guess.

Enter the price every time you buy a sack. Çetele updates the unit cost and recalculates the cost of bread and every other product from the recipe. You see the percentage rise and the affected products at once.

Running lowYeast 2 days · Sesame 3 days · Flour 4 days

The flour runs out while the morning dough is being kneaded.

From your purchase and batch records, Çetele knows how much of each ingredient goes out per day. Flour, yeast, butter: it tells you how many days each will last and puts the low ones first.

Waste and losses36 loaves this week · ₺540.00

Unsold bread isn't counted, so the loss is invisible.

Enter the leftover loaves as “Something was wasted” and Çetele writes down their value. At the end of the week you see which days you overbaked and size the dough accordingly.

Frequently asked questions

How do I work out the cost of a loaf of bread?

Enter the bread recipe once: how many loaves one batch of dough makes and how much flour, yeast and salt goes in. As you enter flour purchases, the unit price updates and the cost per loaf is recalculated by itself. If you have entered a selling price, you also see the profit margin.

Can I tell when my flour will run out?

Yes. Çetele works out daily usage from your purchase and batch records and shows roughly how many days each ingredient will last on the Stock screen. Items that are running low stay at the top of the list.

What if the dough makes fewer loaves than expected?

When you enter a batch, you write the expected and actual count. Çetele tells you the difference and what it cost: “200 expected · 196 made”. If fewer products came out of the same ingredients, you see that the cost per piece went up.

Can my bakery staff enter records too?

Yes. Add the people at the counter and in the bakehouse to your business as staff; everyone enters purchases, batches, sales and waste from their own phone. Staff never see money amounts; cash and profit are visible only to you. Adding new people is part of Çetele Pro.

Çetele works for any small shop that buys materials and makes things, or buys goods and resells them.
