Add a class to the schedule once: day, time, capacity, instructor, members. On the day, the register is one tap; if you skip it, the class's members count as present an hour after it ends, and you mark anyone who missed it as “Absent”.

Frequently asked questions

How do I track a member's remaining classes?

Write your packages once: name, price, number of classes (or unlimited) and how many days it is valid. When you sell a package to a member, its start and end days are set. As you record sessions or take the register, the class comes off the package valid that day by itself; the member's page shows something like “5 classes left · until 30 Oct”.

Do members whose package ended, or who stopped coming, get a reminder?

Çetele shows them on the Today screen and in the Members list. It never messages members on its own; “Remind on WhatsApp” opens a ready message to the member's number, and you are the one who sends it.

Can I sell a package in instalments or take a part payment?

Yes. When you sell the package, enter the amount received today; the rest stays as owed. Enter later payments from the member's page with “Take payment”. The till works out the money collected from payments and lists members who still owe separately. You can also freeze or extend a package from the member's page.

Is Çetele free for member tracking?

Recording members, packages, sessions and registers is free forever, with no ads. The month's till, amounts and the membership report are free for your first 40 records, then continue with a monthly or yearly Çetele Pro subscription; the price is shown on the App Store.
