Instalments are in a notebook, and who owes what is unclear.

When you sell a package, enter what you received today; the rest stays as owed. As payments come in, tap “Take payment” on the student's page; students who still owe are listed separately.

Add the group to the schedule once: day, time, capacity, teacher, students. On the day, the register is one tap; mark anyone who didn't come as “Absent”.

Frequently asked questions

How do I use a student tracking app for a course?

During setup, pick “Appointments / Memberships”, then “Course”. Write your packages, like “Monthly 8 classes · ₺3,000 · 30 days”. Add a student and sell them a package, and put your group classes on the class schedule. Take the register on the day; the class comes off the student's package by itself.

Can I take payment in instalments?

Yes. When you sell the package, enter the amount received today; the rest stays as owed. Enter later payments from the student's page with “Take payment”. The till works out the money collected from payments and lists students who still owe separately.

Can I track teacher fees?

Yes. Under More → Teacher fees, set each teacher's pay per class, as a monthly salary or as a share of what the class is worth. The month's till takes teacher cost out of the money collected.

Is Çetele free for a course?

Recording members, packages, sessions and registers is free forever, with no ads. The month's till, amounts and the membership report are free for your first 40 records, then continue with a monthly or yearly Çetele Pro subscription; the price is shown on the App Store.
