Three things that happen in your shop every day

Olive oil went up 16%.Unit cost ₺310.00 → ₺360.00

The wholesale price changed, the shelf label didn't.

The moment you enter a purchase, Çetele compares the new buying price with the last one. If it rose, it tells you the percentage and the product's new cost; you see the margin against your selling price.

Count differenceOlive oil: 24 expected · 21 counted · −₺1,080.00

Stock gets counted, but the difference never gets worked out.

Enter the count on the shelf as “I counted stock”. Çetele compares it with what should be there and tells you the difference in money. You see which product keeps coming up short.

Waste and losses₺620.00 this week · most: dairy

Expired goods go in the bin and never in the books.

Enter what you throw away as “Something was wasted” and Çetele works out its value at the buying price. At the end of the week you see which products lost you the most and order accordingly.

What do you tell Çetele?

Five short lines. Çetele works out the rest.

  1. 1I bought stockOlive oil · 12 bottles · ₺3,720.00
  2. 2I made a batchSkip this step if you don't make anything
  3. 3I recorded salesToday: 9 olive oils, 40 loaves, 26 milks
  4. 4Something was wastedMilk · 4 past their date
  5. 5I counted stockOlive oil · 21 bottles on the shelf

A shop buys and resells, so you never need the batch step. Purchases, sales, waste and counts are enough.

Frequently asked questions

How do I do a stock count in a small shop?

Enter the count on the shelf and in the storeroom as “I counted stock”. Çetele knows what should be there from your purchase and sales records, compares it with the count and shows the difference in money. The count-difference report shows which product comes up short and how often.

Can I track losses from expired products?

Yes. Enter what you throw away as “Something was wasted”; Çetele works out its value at the buying price. The waste report shows the total loss for the week and month and the product group that lost you the most.

Does Çetele scan barcodes or replace a till?

No. Çetele doesn't scan barcodes, print receipts or replace a till or POS. It's a simple helper that works out stock, cost and profit from the purchases, sales, waste and counts you record. You use it alongside your existing till.

I have hundreds of products. Do I have to enter them all?

No. Start with the products you want to keep an eye on: best sellers, the ones that get wasted most, the ones whose price changes often. Add new products whenever you like. There's no limit on records; entering purchases, sales, waste and counts is always free.

Çetele works for any small shop that buys materials and makes things, or buys goods and resells them.
