Frequently asked questions

How do I use an appointment app for a nail salon?

First, write your services once with their price and length, like “Acrylic nails · ₺1,500 · 2 hours”. When booking, pick the customer, day, time and services. When the customer has been and the work is finished, tap “Done”; the price goes into that day's till.

Can I add more than one service to an appointment?

Yes. Pick acrylic nails and gel polish on the same appointment; the length and total add up by themselves. You can change the price for that customer on the line, and add a job that isn't on the list by hand.

Can I remind my customer about their appointment?

In the appointment details, “Remind on WhatsApp” opens a ready message with the day, time and services. You send it yourself; Çetele never sends messages on its own. Every morning you also get a notification telling you how many appointments you have that day.

Can my staff enter appointments too?

Yes. Add the people who work with you to your business as staff; they enter appointments from their own phone, and you choose who does each one. Staff never see the till or earnings. Adding new people is part of Çetele Pro.
