Class pack price calculator
Price per class is the package price divided by the number of classes in it; for an unlimited pack, divide by how often the member actually comes. If the instructor gets a percentage, their share is the price per class times that percentage and the rest is the studio's. An 8-class pack at ₺4,500 is ₺562.50 a class: ₺225.00 to the instructor at 40%, ₺337.50 to the studio.

How to use it
- Choose a pack with a set number of classes or an unlimited one.
- Enter the package price and the number of classes; for unlimited, how many times the member comes during the package on average.
- If the instructor gets a percentage of the class value, enter it; if you pay a flat fee per class or a monthly salary, leave it empty.
- If what's left for the studio per class doesn't cover rent, bills and profit, rethink the package price.
Watch out
- An unlimited pack has no fixed price per class: at ₺6,500 it's ₺541.67 for a member who comes 12 times and ₺406.25 for one who comes 16.
- The instructor's share works per member in the class: on a pack worth ₺562.50 a class, 40% in a class of 4 comes to ₺900.
- See a bigger pack's discount per class: moving from a 4-class pack at ₺2,600 to a 12-class pack at ₺6,000 saves the member ₺150 a class.

Frequently asked questions
What percentage should an instructor get?
No single instructor share fits every studio; the limit is that what's left for the studio still covers its costs. First find the fixed cost per attendance: ₺32,400 of monthly fixed costs and 30 classes a month averaging 5 people make 150 attendances, or ₺216 each. At ₺562.50 a class with a 40% share, the studio keeps ₺337.50 and makes ₺121.50; at a 61.6% share, that profit is gone.
How much discount should a bigger class pack give?
There's no set discount for a bigger pack, but check two things at each step. First, the discount: going from ₺650 a class on a 4-class pack to ₺562.50 on an 8-class pack is 13.5% off, and on to ₺500 on a 12-class pack is another 11.1%. Second, what's left: with a 40% instructor share, the 12-class pack leaves the studio ₺300 a class; if that doesn't cover the fixed cost per attendance, the discount is too deep.
Is an unlimited pack profitable for a studio?
That depends on how often unlimited members come. A ₺6,500 unlimited pack matches the ₺562.50 per class of an 8-class pack at about 11.6 visits: a member who comes 12 times pays ₺541.67 a class, one who comes 16 times ₺406.25. When classes are full, a frequent unlimited member takes a spot for less than a member on a class pack, so check how often your members really come before you set the price.
What happens to the price per class if a member doesn't use all their classes?
For the member, the price per class goes up: someone who uses only 6 classes of a ₺4,500 8-class pack has paid ₺750 a class. If you pay the instructor a share for each member who attends, the share for unused classes doesn't go to the instructor; it stays with the studio. But lapsed classes often mean an unhappy member, so state the rule for expired classes when you sell the pack.
